Exchanges and Returns:
- Orders can be returned/Exchanged within 3 days from the date of delivery.
- Return Requests can be placed through website by logging into your account and going to "My Order" page, you will be able to see Return/Exchange option for that particular order .
- Exchange or returns on Sale items are not applicable. Please go through the size chart carefully before placing an order. You may also contact our team via WhatsApp should you need any clarifications especially regarding your size .

- Once your return or exchange request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your shipping address. Most reverse pickups are completed within 48-72 hours by our courier partners. Return shipments often take up to 7 days to reach us for reasons beyond our control. Please bear with us for this unavoidable delay.
- If a reverse pickup is not available on your pin code, we will request you to ship the items back to us using a reputable courier partner that offers a tracking number.
- We will reimburse you the reverse shipping costs as store credits on actual up to a maximum of INR 150.

- Please ensure the original packaging is intact for a reverse pickup. Items must be unused/unwashed , should not have any stains or perfume smell, it has to be in their original condition, with their labels and tags intact. This is essential as items need to be in resalable condition – returns that have been used or received without their original packaging or labels/tags will be not be entertained for returns and exchanges.
- Once we receive the product, it will go through a quality check. Upon verification, if the return shipment meets the above requirements, we will process a return/exchange.
REFUND POLICY
- Your refund will be processed within 2 business days to your original Payment
- COD Orders are eligible for Store credit against Return
- We issue a store credit for all the return orders. The store credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issue and can be used against any merchandise on our website.
- In case of an exchange, we will send the replacement upon receiving the return shipment. If the replacement item price is more than the original item ordered, we will send you a payment link for the balance amount. Alternatively, if the replacement item price is less than the original item then balance amount will be added to Store credit.
- Exchanges, when requested, are limited to one-time only.
- We charge INR 100 for shipping products under INR 1000. Shipping charges for these products are non-refundable.
Damages:
- We pack our merchandise with utmost care and love. Should you receive your package in a poor condition or find it tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse to collect the parcel and notify our Customer Care team. We will arrange to send a fresh shipment.

- Prior to dispatch, all our products go through exhaustive quality checks. In case you find your merchandise damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. We will respond within a day of receiving your request. Damages or items missing reported after 48 hours will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
- In case of damage, we will replace the damaged merchandise at no cost to you. If we are unable to send a replacement, we will offer an alternative or store credits, or the option of a refund in your original mode of payment (or bank transfer in case of COD payments).
