ELLEORA SHIPPING POLICY

 

When will my order be shipped?

We usually ship the product within India same day or next working day after receiving the order and try and deliver it within 3-8 working days.

Bangalore shipments deliver next day or within 2 days

How is my order shipped?
All orders are shipped to your specified address via a reputed logistics service provider (courier). Like Amazon, E-kart, Delhivery, Ecom, Xpress bees , Bluedart etc.

Incase if any of above courier partner is not deliver to your pincode then we dispatch it to Speed post. (Order has to be Prepaid for Speed post delivery). If not we’ll contact you and convert the order in to prepaid.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. In case of international orders, shipping cost is charged in addition to your bill amount as per weight or order value.  Please whatsapp us at +91-8618489949 or email us on contact@elleora.com for more information.

What are the shipping costs?
For all deliveries within India, we offer free delivery for a minimum purchase of INR 1000/-. For orders less than INR 1000/-, shipping charge of INR 89/- will be added to your bill amount.

What are the COD costs?

Our logistic provider charge for COD order, we charge INR 99/pc .

Orders above amount 4999/- amount are not applicable for COD .

 

Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?
This is not guaranteed, however, we can try if the order has not been shipped. This request needs to be made by sending us a whatsapp message on +91-8618489949 or (only during 10:30 am to 6:00 pm IST, Monday to Saturday excluding public holidays), within 24 hours of placing the order.

Why was my package undeliverable?
In case of shipping within India, our logistic service partner (courier) will attempt delivery 3 (three) times at the address specified by you, before considering the package as “undeliverable”. If the package status is listed as “undeliverable”, please call us at +91-8618489949 and quote your order number for us to be able to trace your package and assist you further.


Here are some reasons why your package may be determined “undeliverable” by our logistic service partner (courier):
• Incorrect address: ELLEORA does not take responsibility if the delivery address provided by you is incorrect or outdated. Please make sure that you have provided correct shipping address ,PIN code and Phone number.
• Failed delivery attempts: Our logistic service partner (courier) will attempt delivery three (3) times at the address specified by you in the order. If you are not home during delivery hours, please use a shipping address where someone will be available to sign for the package (and make payment in case of COD).
• Refused by recipient: If you are sending a gift to someone and they refuse to accept the package because they think it is being sent to them in error, the package will be returned to us as “undeliverable”. Kindly inform your gift recipient that they should expect a package from ELLEORA to ensure proper delivery.
